Camera Movement Script
Camera Movement seems like it is extremely hard, but honestly it's easier than most think! The serect to camera movement is actually two special commands and "applymovement 0x7F".
HERE IS THE EXAMPLE:
#dynamic 0x800000
#org @start
msgbox @text0 0x4
special 0x113
applymovement 0x7F @move0
waitmovement 0x0
special 0x114
msgbox @text1 0x2
end
There is no need to explain the locations of the "RAW" data and "TEXT" data. All you need to understand is the specials, "0x113" and "0x114". You also need to understand the "applymovement 0x7F".
0x113: This tells the game to release the camera from it's locked position.
applymovement 0x7F: This is the applymovement for the camera! It'll follow your "RAW" movement data. =D
0x114: This tells the game to relock the camera to current location.
That's really it. You'll start to get a better understanding when you try to test it on your own. Just create your own script with the specials and applymovement data.
REMEMBER: Return the camera to center of the screen! If you do not do this, your camera will become off-centered.
